The #1 objection I hear from new clients:
"If you don’t own the factory, how do I know your batteries won’t have quality issues?"
Fair question. Here’s exactly how we eliminate risk at every stage of OEM production:
Cell incoming inspection (100% test, not sampling)
Every cell is tested for voltage, internal resistance, and capacity before entering production. We reject any cell with >2mV voltage difference or >5mΩ resistance variation. This single step eliminates 80% of future battery failures.
Laser welding verification
All busbar welds undergo 100% tensile strength testing and X-ray inspection. A single bad weld can cause a fire—we don’t take that chance.
3-stage charge-discharge cycling
Every completed battery pack goes through:
Full charge to 57.6V
Constant current discharge to 40V
24-hour self-discharge test
Any pack that loses >2% capacity in 24 hours is scrapped.
72-hour burn-in test
We simulate real-world operating conditions for 3 full days before shipping. This catches early failures that would otherwise happen at your customer’s site.
We don’t just "buy from factories"—we embed our quality control team on the production line for every order. That’s the difference between a cheap battery and a battery that lasts 10+ years.
